The Global Women’s Project Steering Committee held its fall meeting in Minneapolis, MN, August 27-29, 2010. In addition to updating one another on the latest news from our partner projects, we made plans to ensure that the important fundraising, educational and administrative work of GWP will be carried forth throughout the coming year.A highlight of our time together was having the opportunity to talk about GWP and to share stories from our partner projects in worship services at both Common Spirit Church of the Brethren in Minneapolis and Open Circle Church of the Brethren in Burnsville, MN. Our next face-to-face Steering Committee meeting will be held this spring in Richmond, IN. We hope to see and talk with some of you there!
